Pay structure (shared across all presenters)

Commission tier rates — based on 4-week rolling average score

Commission is calculated per individual live: for each session, (session GMV minus the session's threshold) times the tier rate. The threshold is £/hr × hours, with a minimum of £400 per session — so short lives can't qualify for commission just by having a low bar to clear. A slow or short session earns nothing even if other sessions that week did well. Base wage is paid on all hours regardless of score.
